The coin is devoted to the Hungarian journalist and the inventor of a modern ball pen László Yozhef Biro. Because of imperfection of patent system of Biro could register the patent for a ball pen only in Hungary and Argentina. In birthday of László Biro Argentina celebrates Day of the inventor and in honor of László in Argentina ball pens call "birome".
